4. Pricing and Payment

Shipping rates vary depending on destination, weight, and any applicable duties. You can request a quote via our website to get an estimate for your shipment. All prices provided in quotes are final and non-negotiable.

Fuel surcharges and fees: Prices are subject to change based on fuel charges and other external factors.

Payment: Full payment is required before dispatch unless agreed otherwise.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refund (before 24 hours): 100% refund of the courier charge, including GST, if the cancellation occurs 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

Refund (within 24 hours): 50% refund of the courier charge, including GST, if the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup.

No Refund (after pickup): No refund will be issued once the courier has been picked up and dispatched.

Return fees: If an item is returned due to international shipping restrictions or prohibited goods, the customer is responsible for return charges.

6. Liability

We will not be liable for any delays, losses, or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to customs delays, weather conditions, or strikes.

Prohibited Items: You must ensure that your shipment complies with international regulations and does not contain prohibited items. If such items are sent, TRANSLINK EXPRESS is not responsible for any related issues or fees.

Duties and Taxes: Any customs duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the consignee. TRANSLINK EXPRESS is not responsible for these charges.

7. Consignment Tracking

We offer a tracking service for all shipments from pickup to delivery. Customers will receive a tracking number after dispatch. Please note that tracking availability may vary by location.

TRANSLINK EXPRESS complies with IATA (International Air Transport Association) terms and conditions for the shipping of hazardous materials.
