• How Will the Delivery Be Done?
  Translink Express processes all deliveries through reputable courier services. Most of these couriers provide tracking capabilities, allowing you to monitor the exact location of your shipment and stay informed about when you will receive your product.

• Estimated Delivery Time:
  While we promise a delivery time of 5-7 working days, we always strive to deliver sooner. For metro cities, we expect delivery within 4 days, while non-metro areas may take slightly longer. Currently, we do not deliver to international addresses.

• Delivery Charges:
  Translink Express provides free delivery to your doorstep on most orders.

• Tracking Your Order:
  Once your product has been dispatched, tracking details will be emailed to you. You can track your order by visiting the courier company’s website and entering your tracking ID to view shipment details.

• Damaged or Tampered Packages:
  If you receive a product that is not in good condition or if the packaging is damaged, please refuse to accept the delivery. Contact us immediately on our Helpline number, and we will make our best efforts to arrange a replacement delivery at the earliest.

• Warranty and Hidden Costs:
  There are no extra taxes, hidden costs, or additional shipping charges. The price listed on the website is the final price—what you see is what you pay. All our prices are inclusive of taxes, ensuring transparency in all transactions.
